Shwetopadma

How buying works

Every piece on Shwetopadma is sold by an independent creator. You buy from the creator, you pay the creator, and the creator delivers and handles returns. Shwetopadma checks every creator's shop before it can sell, and acts on complaints.

What the creator does

  • Sets its prices and delivery charges
  • Takes your payment
  • Packs and delivers your order
  • Gives returns, exchanges and refunds under its own policy

What Shwetopadma does

  • Reviews every shop before it can sell
  • Shows each creator's return policy before you pay
  • Takes your complaint, with the creator in the conversation
  • Warns, pauses or closes shops that break the rules

Before you pay

  • Read the creator's return and delivery policy, on their shop page under About and at checkout.
  • Look for the grey tick: it means we've confirmed who runs the shop.
  • Ask the creator anything in Messages, and keep the conversation there so there's a record.

Paying safely

  • Order through checkout, and pay only to the number or account checkout shows for that creator.
  • Don't pay a different number someone sends in a chat. Report it.
  • Shwetopadma will never ask you for money, a PIN or a code.

Returns and refunds

Each creator sets their own. Some exchange within a few days; some don't take returns on made-to-order pieces. Whatever a creator's policy says is what they must keep to. Ask the creator for a return or refund from the order's Messages.

If something goes wrong

  1. First, message the creator from the order, and give them 2 days.
  2. Then, complain through Support within 30 days of the order, with photos and the order number. We'll add the creator to the conversation.
  3. We decide whether the creator broke our rules or their own policy. Upheld complaints become strikes, and strikes lead to a pause or closing the shop.

We can't refund you ourselves or force a refund, but a creator who wants to keep selling here has every reason to put things right.
