Community rules

Shwetopadma is a place to discover and share beautiful things made by independent creators. To keep it safe and inspiring for everyone:

Be respectful

• No harassment, hate speech or threats towards buyers, creators or staff.
• Keep reviews, complaints and messages honest and polite.

Only real, allowed products

• No counterfeit or fake-brand products.
• No weapons, drugs, adult content, live animals or anything illegal in Bangladesh.

Buying from creators

• Payments and delivery happen directly between you and the creator. Shwetopadma does not handle money.
• Check the shop's details and ask questions before you pay.
• If something goes wrong, contact the creator first, then complain to us through Support. We can't refund you, but we act on shops that break the rules.

Reporting

If you see a pin or shop that breaks these rules, report it. We review every report and may hide content or suspend accounts.
